About the Founder

Julia Hamilton set up Camaraderie to help businesses – big and small – find ways to communicate with their colleagues more effectively.

In her 15 years working in corporate communication, she’s seen a steady trend – a growing gap between leaders and their teams. She’s worked with leaders around the world to help them connect with each other more and those who keep their organisations going.

Julia has led global change programs, managed teams through creative campaigns, and produced content across multiple platforms – all with the aim to build a stronger sense of community for those working together and to help their organisation grow.
